Our first impression at the check-in desk was absolutely wonderful! Very professional, courteous staff. The room was terrific! It looked new with Coastal art, beautiful furniture, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and plenty of room. Loved the balcony view and the dinette area.Thank you for the plesant stay!

My wife.and small kids and I stayed here 4 days on the front end of a trip to Disney world. The staff here was excellent and very accommodating. We had a 1 bedroom with a nice ocean view. Full kitchen and wasjer/ dryer were very useful. Kids loved the indoor and outdoor pools and small lazy river. Happy with our stay here and would stay again.

We had a great stay at the Cove. Yes there is some construction going on but it didn’t bother us. All the staff was super helpful nice. Big shout out to Charles he’s the best! Room was clean and spacious with a great view. Beach is very clean and beautiful!

This hotel did not disclose that there would be constant construction when we booked our stay. They were using blowers, pressure washers and other loud machinery on top of the building directly beside us (same hotel, different tower) from sun up to sun down and it can be heard in the living/dining areas as well as the bedroom, pool and beach areas. They have several walkways around the pool and beach access blocked as well. When we mentioned all of this to the front desk and how much it was disturbing our peace (which you come on vacation for!) we were told - “well the construction will continue” - No apologies or anything to try to make our stay more enjoyable. We also received a text today that the water would be shut off in rooms and in our entire tower for atleast 4 hours tomorrow due to this construction. They are also extremely pushy, trying to get you to sit in for hours for timeshare presentations. When you tell them no upon check-in, they continue to hound you and even call your room to continue to further pressure you the duration on your stay. I would not recommend this hotel at all to anyone that wants a peaceful vacation and relaxation. We have stayed here before many years ago and we did not have any of these issues, but this time was absolutely horrible.

We’ve stayed at The Cove for years and up until this week have enjoyed returning every year. This time however two days before we were to check into this location we got a text message saying a hurricane Milton has still shut down all of its pools and whirlpool. Immediately we called the Cove. We spoke to someone at the front desk. She said that text that we got about the pools being shut down was a Robo text and was incorrect. And that in fact, their pools and whirlpool were open. We were very excited to hear that. We went to check in today only to find out that the pools and whirlpool have been closed since October of last year. Pretty incredible. No discount was offered no explanation, nothing. I can only imagine the disappointed families with children who arrived only to find out their great pools were closed. If you were planning to come out here now, I would say do not do it. You will be disappointed. The beach is nice, but the pools are nice too.
